These are 5-Step Guide to Rich in Habbo Hotel.
I get this from FieryCold's group.

Step 1A: Giveaways / Donations from friends (Optional):

Save up: 1-5 HCs worth

You’re entirely broke. No problem. Nearly every habbo has attended a giveaway at some point. Giveaways are an excellent way to earn furni, especially if you don’t have any.

Step 1B: Buy Coins (Optional):

Buying coins is something I would not personally recommend, but for some, it's a convenient way to get rich.

Step 2: Trading (Small Rares, Seasonals, etc.) / Opening a Shop

You need: 1-5 HCs worth
Save up: 100 HCs worth

Buying an item for cheap and selling it for more is a quick and simple way to gain fast profit. Try bargain hunting at shops or trade rooms for great deals. Look for items that are demanded.
Opening a shop is also a great way to gain fast profit, especially when someone is in dire need of an item you have and is willing to offer profit.

Step 3: Casinos (Dealing):
You need: 100+ HCs worth
Save Up: 100 to 300 HCs

Once you’ve acquired 100 HCs, dealing at a casino is a great way to gain profit. Most wealthy players spent their time on Habbo just in casinos. Before dealing, here’s a few tips I’d like to share:

Roll in Order vs. Rolling Randomly: Although dice numbers are randomly generated, supposedly the way you roll influences the outcome of the game. I think it’s a mind over matter thing, but you can always try to see if this works for you.

Maximum Bet: Don’t accept any bet worth more than 2.5% of your NET worth - otherwise you’re risking too much! An easy way to calculate this is multiplying what you’re worth in hcs by 0.025. Example: You’re worth 120 hcs. Multiply 120 hcs x 0.025 = 3 hcs.

Exceeding your limit: Multiple what your NET worth (in hcs) by .20 (or 20%). Example: 120 hcs x 0.20 = 24 hcs. Within in a given day I was either up 20 percent or down 20 percent - and then I stopped for the entire day. It was either a profitable day or a huge loss. I’d then come back the following day to test my luck. As a dealer, the odds are usually in your favor. If you’re lucky, you’ll end up gaining more profit than you originally lost.

Using the methods above, try this for at least 3 days. If after the first 3 days, you end up being down 60 percent - I’d recommend repeating step two until you reached what you started with again

PS - As tempting as it is, especially when you’re down a lot - don’t take any bet you can’t handle. That’s the #1 reason why most end up scamming because they either 1.) assumed they’d get lucky and win or 2.) became desperate. The strategy above can either make you or break you. Worst case scenario, you lost 60% of what you were worth originally, but that’s better than being broke right? And guess what ...all those people you paid will end up betting you again in the future. That’s why trustworthiness is so important.

Avoiding 50/50 odds: As a dealer, you want the advantage over your bettor. Typically a game like 13 or 21 provides that advantage since the one betting can bust before you. However, games like Poker, 2-waying, Odds & Evens, and Pokedice eliminates the advantage of busting. Stick to 13 only!

Step 4: Investing:

You need: 400+ HCs worth
Save Up: 400+ hcs

Investing is one of the most beneficial ways to gain profit. What do I mean by Investing? Investing means purchasing bulk of something (50 to 100+) - and waiting 1 or 2 months for it to rise in value. Often investors seek the help of friends to aid in helping inflate the value of a particular item. Usually investors keep what they are investing in a secret until they've purchased a lot of it. By advertising you're buying a lot of something - others will jump on the bandwagon and the demand for that particular item may increase making it difficult to profit. This is why investing is often keep secret.

Chose a rare that is cheap, popular, and demanded. Keep track of how often it’s changed in value. If you see it steadily increasing, it’s a potential investment to consider. I don’t won’t post here what I think makes an ideal investment, so I’ll leave that up to you to try for yourself (hint: some casino items = perfect investments as they are always needed). Investments can take as long as 2 months to increase significantly in value - but beware, they can drop drastically which can be a huge loss for you.

Here’s two examples of how I gained and lost significantly:
Dino Egg: Bought 100 for 5-6 HCs (about 3 years ago); 1 Year after they hit 33 hcs.
I made a major profit gain.

Green Birdbaths: Bought 150 for 15 HCs each (this year); Staff released em' in a promo so they dropped to a steady 5-7 hcs.

Step 5: Casino (Owner):

You need: 800+ HCs worth

Making a casino can be one of the most difficult but rewarding ways to profit on Habbo. For me personally, it is the central reason why I have most of what I do now. The reason why I’ve listed this as the final step is for two reasons: You need to be really rich and you need to spend a lot of time on it.

Truthfully, a successful casino is defined by 3 things: Your dealers, it’s value, and how much time you spend keeping it popular.

Selling Rights: When pricing the cost of dealer’s rights - you must consider a few things. If the price is too cheap, your casino will be filled with potential scammers and people will avoid betting there. This in turn will shift others from buying rights at your casino. If the price is too high, other players will purchase from a separate super casino but with a cheaper price.

Generally, a good way to start a casino is by offering a promotion. For instance: You can sell rights for 8 HCs but for dealers at a currently popular casino you can sell them rights for 1/2 off or free. Although you’re losing profit at first, a promotion like this is a great way to bring new dealers and keep your casino popular. Overtime, the more frequent your casino appears popular - the more people will bet there. As a result, more will purchase rights and the more you will profit.

With the aid of your friends, you can help start off your casino. I wouldn’t recommend giving rights free to any friend whose not trusthworthy and is worth less than 100 hcs. Otherwise, you’ll need a few dealers in your casino booths to give it a jump start.

The sad truth though is that it’s very difficult to maintain a popular casino unless you have several supers (atleast 5). Most people naturally assume it’s safer since all the ‘high rollers’ deal there. That’s why I saved this for last.

If you cannot afford 5 supers, I recommend you spend more time trading supers for profit. Generally that provides a decent amount of profit gain (50 to 100 hcs). Big trades like this repeated overtime equates to a ton of profit. Once you've accumulated enough profit, you should be able to afford more supers.

Feel free to omit any of the steps above if you feel they are unhelpful.

Additional Strategies to consider:

Strategy 1: Competitions

Several competitions are offered by Staff and Community members to win valuable prizes. Such competitions include: Room Building, Pixel Contests, and Quests among others. Prizes can range widely in value. Be sure to check the community page for daily information on staff events and the group forums for player events (same page but towards bottom).

Honor Point System: Now with the HPS, players can build their way up to riches through room competitions. Learn more about this on the HPS Group Page. (This was a suggestion I submitted to Staff which they eventually used).

Strategy 2: Casinos (Betting)

By betting you can quickly become rich or broke. There’s a lot of risks involved however. For one, the dealer has an advantage (30/70 win ratio). You can potentially get scammed if you bet the wrong person. And it’s addictive - often when people win a little, they lose a lot more. Or people sometimes forget to stop when their up until they loss it all. Personally, I would not recommend betting unless you’re extremely bored and absolutely willing to take that risk. Just make sure you can afford to lose what you’re gambling.

Strategy 3: Creating A Popular Hangout (Selling Rights)

Selling rights for a popular hang-out, such as a carnival or game is a decent way to make little profit. The difficult part is making the room popular, something that requires
